THE PERFECT CLIENT
Imagine is grateful to have a wide range of clients from many different industries. Our clients are diverse in both their needs and understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Imagine has clients who are just getting started with their Imaging, Document Management and Workflow initiatives as well as clients who are experienced and established industry experts that need our help to address difficult portions of their solution implementations.
Some of our clients ask us to design, deploy and support their entire solution, while others simply source product (such as scanners) through Imagine.
While we are thankful and honored to do business with everyone that need our help with Enterprise Content Management, we have found that the greatest value-add we can provide is with our professional services. Our goal is to partner with our clients to design and support solutions. We are passionate about what we do and like to be involved to ensure solution are designed and implemented properly.
The following is a highlight of some of the common attributes we've observed in all of our clients:
- Regardless of corporate size, executive level support for the Document Management initiative is imperative. Deploying a Document Management solution without executive support will be costly and prone to failure.
- Imagine is a process driven organization. When we design, implement and support solutions, we follow our templated process to ensure that we delivery value and quality for our clients. While we can work quickly and efficiently, we’ve come to understand that short cuts are rarely the best approach.
- It is critical to commit the right resources and time to the Document Management implementation. Imagine will ensure we’ve assigned the right people and enable them with the time to do the job properly. We have the greatest success when our clients do the same.
- Enterprise Content Management is a big vision. Imagine has had great success with those clients who keep the big picture in mind, but are able to break their deployment into phases. It’s been our experience that initiatives should be rolled out in a phased approach, thus ensuring value is achieved along the way.
