SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST

Imagine is growing it’s team of technical professionals.  The Senior Systems Analyst role is a challenging position requiring a diverse technical and professional skill set.  Some of the core responsibilities are described below:

Responsibilities:

• Work with project leads to design, implement and support our client’s solutions, in accordance with Imagine’s ECM deployment methodology.
• Design, Install, license and configure OnBase and Kofax solutions that meet customer functional requirements.
• Integrate line of business applications with OnBase and Kofax solutions using API’s and release scripts.
• Document delivered solutions in a manner that supports their successful operation and support.
• Provide support services to clients, both onsite and remotely, to upgrade and maintain their business solution.
• Collaborate with other Imagine professionals, transferring expertise in delivering and supporting Client solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues impacting deployed client solutions.  Work collaboratively with other Imagine professionals to resolve issues.
• Identify and document best practices and challenges associated with configuring OnBase and Kofax solutions.
• Participate in a post project review of solution for all projects delivered.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant software configuration and customization experience, preferably in a commercial software product implementation environment.
• Computer Science education or related education is mandatory; a degree from a recognized university is preferred.
• Experience with these programming languages and technologies: .NET, C Sharp, SQL, JavaScript, VB6, HTML, XML, MS SQL Server and Oracle
• The ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Professional in oral and written communication
• Professional in appearance
• An aptitude for learning software systems and technology in a timely manner
• Knowledge of network and database architecture
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Additional Assets:

• Experience with Document Management and Workflow solutions.
• Document Imaging solution design, development, and configuration.
• Microsoft SharePoint development and integration (and/or other portal products).
