Imagine has the team necessary to design and deliver an effective ECM solution. We've developed repeatable processes utilizing best practices we've created during the course of delivering over 100 solutions. We work with our clients to create a project scope that matches the business process. We implement department by department, process by process. Our team creates the solution design, configures and installs the solution, integrates it with third party applications (where applicable) and fully tests all aspects of the implementation. We utilize our Change Management team to ensure all users and administrators are fully trained. Once the project goes live, we stay engaged to ensure the project goals are realized.
