The Perfect Client

Imagine is complimented to have a wide range of clients, from a wide range of industries. We work with clients who are just getting started with their scanning, Document Management and workflow initiatives as well as those who are looking for industry experts to address difficult portions of their solution implementations. Some of our clients ask us to design, deploy and support their solutions, while others simply source product (such as scanners) through Imagine.

While we are thankful and complimented to do business with everyone, we've found our greatest value-add is in the service component we can provide. We like to partner with our clients to design and support solutions. We are passionate about what we do and like to be involved in proper solution implementation.

The following is a partial list of some of the common attributes we've observed all of our clients have:

  1. Executive level support for the ECM initiative (regardless of corporate size). Without managerial support, deploying ECM solutions is like nailing Jello to a wall;
     
  2. Respect for IT infrastructure, project methodology and corporate governance guidelines. Imagine is a process driven organization. We follow documented design, delivery and support procedures.
     
  3. Fun! We've worked hard to create a culture of experts having fun.
     
  4. Time allocated for the project. We commit our resources to our clients' projects. We have the greatest success when our clients do the same.
